How Shiroganes parents were killed is also incorrect in the Reboot. In both shows they die in a fire but in the OG Shiroganes Father had a stone tablet of a Chimera Anima in his lab and THAT is what started the fire which killed Shiroganes parents AND the Chimera Anima gave a stare down glare to Shirogane himself before teleporting away. HOW the Chimera Anima manifested is unknown.

The Reboot has some Aliens I assume are a Chimera Anima that show up and burn down the joint. It's never explained where they came from or how they got there. The Reboot also showed Shiroganes Mother asking Akasaka to take care of Shirogane as she rushed into the burning building to save his father. Where was this in the OG? Is that a manga only thing?

What's even weirder is this particular Chimera Anima in the OG backstory was I believe an end season enemy when Deep Blue appeared. If Reboot doesn't showcase this enemy at all they are cutting out a critical plot point regarding the origins of the Aliens and a piece of Shiroganes past which they always messed up on.

Damn. Just damn. Onto EP46 to do another comparison of the second half of this weeks Mew New.

Mmmmk. After done with EP 28/36 of the OG, Mew Reboot even got the whole Shirogane backstory wrong.

EP36 of the OG is where Shirogane got busted of being a cat. Ichigo ends up spacing out over learning that and then later on it's Akasaka who gives Ichigo the backstory and in a back computer room and not in front of the cafe. Ok fine whatever.

Here's where Mew Reboot f*cked up in the backstory. In the OG Shiroganes father was an archeologist who discovered ancient ruins which held secrets of a civilization that was there before humans (we know them as the Aliens which Tart, Pie, and Kish are). He THEN started to research the Alien life forms known as Chimera Anima. The Reboot completely left that critical bit of info out instead just saying he researches Alien lifeforms.

Um excuse but the main Alien trio are part of the civilization that once lived on Earth and left bits of their civilization behind when they abandoned Earth so how is Shiroganes father researching "Alien lifeforms"? Where did he encounter the DNA needed for research? How does he know about the Alien origin? Critical info missing in the Reboot. Not only that but Shirogane never stabilizes an "Alien Cell" in the OG.

Note: Since Hirogaru Sky Pretty Cure is the 20th anniversary of the Franchise,I can expect to Cure Heart from Doki Doki to make a cameo appearance in one of the Epilouge's Soon:P

it'll sure be Great to see the DOki Doki Cures again! Which that classic Old School 2013 season Marked a Huge turning point in the Precure Franchise,which was a much more mature/Darker Season,much like how the current new Pokemon Series "Pokemon Horizons Riko" is a much more mature/engaging Storyline,both had Far less Filler and far less Lame Gag/Comedy Shananigans.

What we were treated to this week was one of the most unique episodes in the Precure franchise.

There's no enemy involvement here instead a use of Precure powers to help out a civilian in need who just happens to tie in with what can be viewed as a filler EP about Ellee and buying her "first shoes". More EPs should definitely showcase using Precure powers for non combative roles and with Hirogaru Sky having a "Hero" theme everyday work plays in the part of being a "Hero" - RPG games do that all the time to say nothing of anime like Endro.

Next week is possibly a turning point or a new arc as it could be called since they have the tunnel ready and are heading to Sky Land. Mashiro hasn't been there so we'll see her first experiences with that and then Sora meets up with the person she admired who looked like a new enemy?
