I'll be honest though, the only reason I know of the Eels is because of a video years ago where Steve Perry was at one of their shows, and they invited him onstage to sing a song...and he did, so after that, I looked into them a little more. It doesn't surprise me that Alex knows about them...and probably their lead guitarist's little sister's band.

When he was in a record store, he saw a whole number of bands inbetween, like Earth and Fire and Eagles. lol
