Hello! I've neglected to update things for a spell here as I really thought the issues we encountered would be sorted by now. However, as they are not, here is the current state of things as of right now: the system is eating and then dropping files (essentially deleting them in the process) rather than converting them. Some part of it is working as it's grabbing thumbnail images, so the devs are confident they can yet get this one going. I've been in contact with them throughout this process, and will continue to keep you posted as I know more.

The video uploader will go live as soon as it's not destroying files. I don't anticipate this taking very long, knock on wood.
