Maybe, I shouldn't look too deeply into why things are called the way they are, basically "Screfix" Means it's fixed with a screw, I was hoping to find an extendable pole with a brush on the end and and a connection for water to go up the middle of it --- it has to be about 5 metres long which is some 16 feet 6 inches long. I have to be able to reach the panels on the outside of the house, in the winter they get this green kind of growth on them which you can only remove with a brush or sponge and water and a good scrubbing. I could get a ladder to it but it means moving the ladder all of the time. So, that's my latest project "operation green slime removal" I think t=you don't get this happening in Florida unless you live near the sea.

We stopped inviting people to stay here especially the latest group of visitors , five Germans who are not staying here but in a bed and breakfast, one of them did stay here once along time ago but she has to be careful after saying "Els, wohnst du in die piep kleine haus immer noch ?" that was said about 2 years ago now when we paid her mother a visit. well, I wasn't too pleased about that, so I'll be on my guard not to be caught unawares.
