oh and BTW,before i forget,yep,I'm still also following Blue Reflection Ray,after watching more episodes,and yep,this is clearly just like the games,rather than the typical "Monster of the Week" like most typical magical girl shows,the conflicts in Blue Reflection ray are based more on a girl's dark emotions connected to the fragments,which in other words,these other girls are they're own worst enemey rather than a demon or a monster:P at first glance,it seems this show has identidy issues,but this show makes it clear that it's blending both Magica Madoka Traits and Assault Lily,which unlike with Assault Lily,this show's plot is far better executed as assault lily on the other hand had serious identidy issues which couldn't make up it's mind if it wanted to be a slice of life school dorm series or a magica madoka clone. Blue Reflection on the other hand basically fixed/improved alot of the flaws assault Lily had.lol

however in it's defense,since assault Lily was originally based on a toyline rather than a manga at first,it's understandable why assault lily's story was so weak at times:P

now last week's episode was another pointless filler as I mentioned before,it's the typical "Lets Star in a Feature Movie" Episode,which Star Twinkle previously did an episode like that,except instead of the tropical rouge team starring in the movie,it's seem Random NPC/Background Filler character nobody gives two shits about,where she's forced to act like the tough girl in the movie,but yep,nothing more i can say about last week's episode except this was another pointless filler,which baffles my mind they're even doing an episode like this early in the season,but next week we're finnally getting to the good stuff now!

well Zalure,knowing these Anime studios of these hidden gems,we all know well they're not gonna give a series like this more than 12 episodes or be a seasonal type season show,I mean think about it,we've been hoping for Cardcaptor Sakura clear card,Dumbbells and Breakwater to get 2nd seasons like with Yuru Camp and Railgun,but knowing them,these days,these hidden gems aren't so lucky enough to make it past episode 12,but this show is way too good to be just 12 episodes and needs 26

Despite Tropical Rouge's terrible flaws,I'm still gonna follow this show to the end as I rarely drop precure seasons Zalure.lol. but however though,after 3 abtrocious Bad Consecutive Fillers in a role,it seems like next week we're finnally getting to the good stuff as shit is gonna get real in next week's episode as Cure Summer is in danger of getting her motivation powers/courage taken away by the villians of this season,I wonder how this will play out???

now last week's Battle Atheletes,it's pretty much a training camp episode,but sense this is a sports show,this is one training camp episode done right unlike with Cinderella Nine's Training camp episode.lol. this one actually has a purpouse which the highlight of this episode was that random 8bit Nes/Arcade Namco's Dig Dug parody bit during they're training montage.XD

also,these girls now have an actual motive for wanting to become cosmo beauty queen,for example,the smart bookworm girl wants to rid the world of her horribel disease she suffered in the past,and than the other girl Christopher, Yana wants to put a stop to all war and violence,not a bad reason i have to say so myself! and than Kanata's....yeah....we all know she's just bullshitting her friends on wanting to grow the best potatoes in her farm,even shelly's not buying it and is onto her,because we all know that her real motive to become cosmo queen is to find and locate that mysterious esper girl she saw years ago as a little kid,things are getting intense here Zalure,defentially tuning into this seasonal show to see where this goes:P

Yep! Super Cub has been flowing nicely,now last week's episode in episode 3,the majority of that episode was spent on Koguma buying the rest of her acsessory equipment she needs for her super cub,like for example,Reiko suggested Koguma that she should buy an expensive Motorbike mask helment,but than Koguma was like "Screw that,these cute goggles are much cheaper" so yep,so now Koguma as now reved up and ready to go!:P and yes at her summer job she was like "Screw the school rules,why not can i just wear my gym clothes so that my school uniform doesn't get caught under something so that i don't expose myself" surprisely,her boss reluntley agrees,so everything was smoothe sailing for Koguma for her deliveries untile she got caught under the rain storm!

From the impressive Dark visuals and high stunning animation,and even with the way how the PV Commercials advertised this show,something tells me that Super Cub was originally planned to be an Anime Film,but nope they were like "Screw it!" lets make this into a 12 episode tv series:P

there have been shows in the past with high defenition movie-like quality which Rival this show. for example Super Cub's stunning dark visuals gave me alot off vibes of Black Rock Shooter and Deadman Wonderland:P

and about episode 7 of tropical rouge,that cannon group attack super sentai parody sequence was an obvious shoutout to the Choushinsei Flashman's Rolling vulcan cannon group attack.lol

too bad i can't say the same thing for this week's tropical Rouge,and my god was this another terrible episode which it speaks for itself! I must ask these writers this Zalure!

No Joke Zalure,these writers have gotten so lazy this season,that they even went as far as to rip off one of they're own older seasons "KiraKira Precure a La Mode" with the whole Cooking/Baking Activity for they're school club! NO! JUST NOOOO!!!! might as well drop that habit right now Manatsu and Asumi,you two aren't Ichika or Akira what-so-ever. and that abtrocious fight scene was just embarrassing to watch too which they stop in the middle of a fight with a monster dued to hunger issues (Wow just pathetic,not even previous seasons went that far). really,this season should have been just about manatsu and laura and easilly could have done without this team. first impressions are a bless indeed,but too bad after the first 2 episodes,the quality of this season went downhill quickly.

but the rest of the spring lineup is a blast so far:P

Well Zalure,I have to say,I'm really impressed with this year's Spring lineup so far,the 3 shows that impressed me the most are Blue Reflection Ray,Super Cub and especially this week's Battle Athletes:P

Now Kanata at times can be a brain dead idiot ditz,but what makes her such an awsome character without being cringeworthy,thanks to her experiance as a strong built farmer girl,when she sees a serious situation get out of hand,she doesn't fuck around with no nonsense and isn't afrade to call out a character on her BS,especially this week's episode Kanata gave that arms dealer alpha bitch Lydia a good bitch slap in the face she rightfully deserves.lol. because zalure,that lydia bitch is gonna be this show's killer,which i'm glad kanata butted into that argument and smack/talked that bitch right in the face.lol.

for super cub,i was worried at first that this reiko character was gonna be an annoying alpha bitch,but she's actually quite friendly and cool,but Koguma lets her expressions speak for herself rather than long drawn out dialouge (it was like that in the manga version too.XD)

now however,there are some redeeming qualities about her I do like though Zalure,her attacks are actually pretty badass,which she went all freaken Cyclops Optic Blast (From the Xmen) on that Monster's Ass.XD.

now tell me Zalure,have we ever seen a Cure from the franchise shoot Lazer beams from they're Eyes like This like the freaken X-men or Waddle Doo from Kirby?.XD

mmmmmm......If Hina from Breakwater is an example of this innocent "Moeblob" Trope,than yes,from what I can see,I beleive that this is the first time the precure franchise has ever had a Moeblob character in a precure franchise. which I'm at odd mixed opinions towards this.

in a slice of life "Cute girls doing cute things" type of show like Bakuon,Diary of our days at the breakwater,Long Riders or Super Cub,I don't mind these type of characters,but they don't work for a precure show by a long shot,because if Sango's only purpous is just to be the Cute Clickbait eyecandy Moeblob and nothing more,than this team is gonna have problems..... @_@

so this week's tropical rouge precure,we finnally get to explore more indepth on what Sango/Cure Coral's character is like,normally in precure,Purple or Blue cures are suppose to be the stuck up/smart alek or intelligent ones right?? but not CURE CORAL!

with Cure Coral on the other hand,this is the first time that a Purple cure has been portrayed as the sweet innocent shy type ( a trope thats normally on Orange or yellow cure),which they're trying to pull a Cure Peace (From Smile Precure) with her,but crank up they shyness up to eleven which she displays zero self confidence,not bad,but Cure peace did it way better,and I can tell right off the bat that Cure Papaya in next week's episode will be the Smart bookworm type,the glasses are already a dead give away,but will she also be shy like cure coral?? (Two shy cures on a team?)

as for her attacks,Cure Coral is gonna be a shield Defensive type,which is cool but she has nothing on Cure Rossetta from Doki Doki.lol overall an ok episode,but defentially not my fav cure in the tropical rouge group,but some of her reactions towards meating laura were priceless.lol.

yep! can't go wrong with Some Tropical rouge with a Dash of Ryza's thich Thighs and a Dash of Miho's drawlings from Fancy Lala to go with it.XD

and keep in mind though Zalure,it's been only 2 episodes so far which these last two only just so far spent more time developing Manatsu and Laura's relationship which we have yet to see what Cure Coral's Character or personality is like yet,so we gotta wait untile next week's episode to decide if she'll be a good character or bad.lol.

as bad as laura is right now,I'll at least give her this,she's at least giving leginiment reasons for Manatsu to step up her game and not start petty fights with her over trivial things (Unlike a certain Fairy Mascot from Yes 5 gogo!). and comparing laura to navi from Zelda Ocerina of time is a bit of understatement,laura at least doesn't interupt the precure's fights with useless info while navi was just.....useless.lol.
