Doyle Bramhall II live at Eric Clapton's Crossroad festival. Featuring Gary Clark Jr. Doyle is a mighty fine guitar player. TBH Gary Clark doesn't do it, for me, to each his own. His father Doyle Bramhall is, was (RIP) a drummer, a childhood friend of Stevie Ray Vaughan, he wrote songs for Stevie, my fave is "Life by the drop" about his friendship with SRV. When Bramhall was 18, he toured with Stevie Ray's brother Jimmie Vaughan in the band the Fabulous Thunderbirds.

Man, I thought I was seeing things! Of course as you know, I always pa attention to the guitars over everything else, and the first thing I saw was the lefty. I had to rewind and pause several times just to make sure what I thought I was seeing was correct...
