his is according to Mojo, the Eagles best of top ten: 10. Lying eyes 9. Tequila sunrise ... yawn 8. New kid in town... pfffff, probably an annoying kid. 7. Take it to the limit ... The Eagles never did take it to the limit. 6. peaceful easy feeling...almost , I said ALMOST makes you long for war 5. One of these nights... Ok just... juuuust bearable. 4. Life in the fast lane...I liked Joe's riff in it, that he wrote. 3. Desperado.... That 's about the only ballad from them, I can stand. Cause I feel like a desperado , at times. 2.Take it easy.... Kill me, kill me now. Honorable mention: Witchy woman. My God what a lame song , the long run. I didn't put my fingers in my ears. Heartache tonight. I didn't put my fingers in my ears, I was on my mobile I needed both fingers. nr 1. Hotel California. Someone should have bulldozed that to the ground by now.

It was the fricking Eagles, playing a Joe Walsh song ! Great musicians, but middle of the road muzak. Joe Walsh ru...

Blaine, here is what someone about "Help me thru the night" said on YT: "One of his most beautiful songs. And saddest. This album came out later the same year he lost his daughter. He joined The Eagles one year later. It's my understanding that one of the main reasons he joined them was as a way to distract himself from the grief of losing his daughter. He was the best thing that ever happened to The Eagles. He was the shining gem of that group. Personally, I don't know how he put up with the ego's. But then, he is one hell of a man, with a sense of humor."
