Since Saki and Mai recently cameoed again in this Week's New Episode of Otano Precure/Yes Pretty Cure 5 Adult Spinoff,Many New Comers of the Pretty Cure Franchise have wondered on what Saki and Mai's Lives were actually like from they're old School 2006 days from they're Actual 2006 Season Splash Star????? Well,today i'll present you guys the first episode from this oldie gem season,so you can get a better indepth look at what Saki and Mai were really like from they're Childhood days:P

2006 Was quite an interesting Season for me in general,this was the year i purchased both Kirby Squeak Squad,Castlevania Portrait of Ruins,and I made my very First Youtube account that year "CBX2007".lol

2006 was also the same year that the Pokemon Gen 4: Diamond and Pearl games also came out on the Nintendo DS!

Correction!: To be more specific,the japanese version of the Gen 4 games came out in Japan in 2006,while the U.S./American Releases came out the following year in 2007!

This was also the same year that One of the Best Digimon Seasons "Digimon Savers: Data Squad" came out,which was also airing around the same time as Splash Star,as both shows were made by Toei Animation.lol

but yep! 2006 was a Wild Season,and not to Mention,W.I.T.C.H. was airing it's 2nd season on Toon Disney's Jetix Block around that time and that show's popularity was popular enough to get a Game Boy Advance game:P

anyways,getting back to Pretty Cure Splash Star,There was a Reason why this Season was often overlooked by Pretty Cure fans and you'll see why,just like with this week's otano precure,within the first episode of Splash Star,Saki/Cure Bloom's and Mai's/Cure Egret's Fighting Styles are almost very similar to Nagisa's/Cure Black's and Honoka's/Cure White's From Futari Wa and Max Heart,but one major difference is,Saki and Mai rely more on Magical projctile attacks from the forces of Nature than Physical attacks,I mean,occationally those 2 will land Fist Cuffs and Kicks,but they're fighting style is nowhere near as hardcore aggressive as Nagisa's and Honoka's though.XD

this is why they were my least fav precure characters,but considering how Awful Modern Precure has been these days (with the exception of Star Twinkle),maybe my opinions on them will change once i revisit this season again eh???.lol

and Speaking of Saki and Mai Btw,remember how in they're Recent Cameos in Otona Precure they constantly kept saying that they met under a Nature Starry Sky Tree when they were Kids??? Well,No Joke,because that Actually did happen in they're actual 2006 Season.lol
