I've mellowed out and no longer need to shout how pissed i am about what probably didn't happen on GOT's, but just so you know i'm through watching that wretched show after just two more episodes to go!

I hate to say it but I think you may be right Michael. Summer seems to have gone A.W.O.L here too! Fuck sake, the soggy isles. Looks like I had spoken too soon. I see a good selection of sci-fi movies on Netflix that I haven't watched yet. Whether or not the films themselves are actually any good, remains to be seen. Have you ever seen 2010, the sequel to 2001? Great film in my humble opinion, but unlike the original, very very obscure. Still worth a watch I reckon. It expands upon the mythos of the first film quite a bit. If I've mentioned it to you before I apologize. My short term memory ain't all the reliable. :/
