Now I've seen alot of Shoujo/Magical Girl fans constantly talk about this one for decades back in the day,which I always kept seeing videos of this franchise pop up in my reccommendation feeds back in the day,I mean heh.lol. every time i was looking up stuff on old School Precure and Lyrical Nanoha,I constantly kept seeing videos of this franchise and it's songs shoved down my face every moment,and welll.....What the Heck,Might as well give this a watch and check...

But Yes,this Franchise was quite the thing back in the day in the early 2000's which this came out around the same time as the original 2002 Tokyo Mew Mew,and a Year before Futari Wa Pretty Cure made it's debut in 2004,I never did see this one back in the day which I always avoided this one for a good reason,well because heh........Idol Genre shows are not my Thing.lol. but with a concept like Mermaid though? how can you go wrong? and so,I wonder how this Works mixing the idol Genre with classic old School Magical girl Keyplots,I mean,I'm now curious to why fans loved this franchise so much. I mean,whats so special about this "Lucia"character from Mermaid Melody that Shoujo fans have constantly been talking about back in the day????.lol
And with how Terrible Modern Precure is now these Days,might as well check out another golden oldie,because lets face it guys,the Old Days of the golden age of Classic Pretty Cure are now Long Over and dead,and Nagisa and Honoka are now Face palming in shame on how Terrible these modern seasons are on what the Precure franchise has become now,and I don't think i can take another moment losing anymore brain cells on this nonsense they're pulling now in Wonderful Precure.
So yep,I am So dropping this New Season,because Yes....Again....this Chase and Hug Nonsense is not gonna Cut it for me! and Yep,many longtime old school fans in the Youtube comments section who have followed the franchise from day one since 2004 made the right Call to Drop this terrible season entirely.
and not to mention the Modern Seasons now all of a sudden Shoe horning these "Pretty Holic" Merchandise product references down our Throats????? Somehting that the older seasons from the old school era never Did (and for that matter,something that old school Magical girls shows never did!!??) eh yeah,this shit's not gonna cut it,because Toei Animation have already lost over 100 old school fans which ratings are now low because of this nonsense they're pulling now in the Modern seasons from the Reiwa Era!
Take my advice guys,just stick to the classic Old School seasons like Doki Doki Pretty Cure,and time for me to also binge watch the Non Canon movies while I'm at it
