Never Played these games from Taito which from what I'm getting here,that these are Enchanced HD Remakes of 2 90's Shoot'em up arcade Shooters:

but these new Remakes remind me of a combiination of Both Ginga Fukei Densetsu: Sapphire for the Turbo Grafx CD and the Star Fox game...
