What another stroke of Genius Luck,while I was browsing around for more River City Girls Stuff,Comics,Manga and more info for the upcoming 2023 Precure Season,I managed to come across more obscured Japanese official Artwork for the Japanese version of Jaleco's Rushing Beat Syura/The Peace Keepers,the 3rd game in the Rushinfg Beat series,yep,I managed to find some cool scans from the japanese Manual of the game from this site,and Yep,this is What Elfin Looks like in the japanese Manual:
