I definitely have had my suspicions within this past week, but all in all, I still have hope. I've been DMing the owner (James) all day today, and as you saw in the video, AM is now co owner. Needless to say, despite my suspicions when the news first arose that is was coming back, they are fully legitimate and committed. They also sent me a sneak peek of the rough modern layout they have now, to give a general idea of how it will look. Video about that coming tomorrow.
