The use of electricity to power computers is adding to global warming is true but other things need the use of electricity too, so you have to stop people watching TV, basically any use of electricity that is not strictly necessary would be stopped. "the masses of cooling water" what is this , do you mean water that produces electricity like hydro ? You could install photo voltaic panels on every house capable of supporting them -- anyway the mere existence of mankind on the planet leads to pollution, its the use of man's technology which has led to global warming and the proliferation of man himself --- a smaller population is needed not by euthanasia but a limit on our production, we cannot endlessly increase at the expense of other animals on this planet who also have a legitimate right to exist here.
