yeah, Nathan, I stood up long enough to see the ball drop in Times Square. Although, it seemed anticlimactic to see the area void of people ~~~ eerie, almost. J Lo looked real good, but that's pretty much a given. Her singing Aerosmith's DREAM ON was pretty cool. I hear you on the ice storms ~~~ I'd rather get snow than the ice. Ice is so much more destructive; just sitting there and weighing down trees, power lines et al. It can make one tire of Winter, but that glaze does look nice (when the sun comes out). You stay SAFE out there, my Good Friend, and enjoy your New Year's Day. That banner was from the other place. Stay WARM, as well.

Thanks to you for laying down those easy steps ~~~ know that it's appreciated. But, most importantly, I Thank You for your continued steadfast friendship in 2020 and for having my back along the course of my brother's illness. You're right, my friend ~~~ this year that soon departs has been a long and arduous ride. For many untold people; it has tested their faith, their forbearance, and has been met by an insurmountable amount of resilience that will see fit to find America at peace again. We've have had our mettle tested, known the feeling of personal loss, and will come away from this year much stronger than we may have ever expected. I am to take it easy and as we head toward Midnight ~~~ may you, your brother, and his girlfriend toast to the promise of a New Year. Stay safe, Nathan, and know that you are wished well always.
