This BG girl, a soon to be x-angel, came into the earthly physical dimension to work some heavenly acts but she got all caught up in personal carnal endeavors and has decided she will trade her esoteric powers for the "good vs evil" duality trap of illusional extremes in the ego-centered separatist realm of the mind. Kinda like when Eve ate the forbidden fruit. Now she looks back to her soul from another plane with mixed emotions of some fear and a tiny bit of shame, but mostly with unbridled, excited anticipation of the inevitable pleasure and pain game. // Or on a mundane level, she just dropped in to get down and grab a quickie with a mortal and she is looking back to see if any of the elders are watching.

BTW i really like your intriguing BG. There was a lady on US some years ago who always had thought provoking BGs and we would enjoy sharing our thoughts regarding them. So, what particular thoughts (if any) does this BG evoke for you ? The idea seems pretty distinct to me. A person who is moving on in his/her life and leaving the past behind, but carrying some personal 'baggage' (emotions and mistakes). Pausing now to consider his decision and slightly intimidated by the false shadows of his own inner demons and possible bad things in the unknowable future. However the sun is starting to creep above the horizon and it will burn off the foggy worries and confusion, as well as the false monster shadows, and the path will become surer. Each day is a fresh start, a clean slate, a new opportunity. The empty shack on the left seems to indicate that he must carry on and complete the journey he has started, with no provisions, stop-offs, or excuses on the way. Kind of like Robert Frost's "And miles to go before i rest". :) /// Or on a mundane superficial level one might deduce that the poor bastard ran out of gas in Amityville and he's SOL. haaaa

Actually after our discussion of it, i looked it up and discovered that my state Florida was considered the "epicenter" and birthplace of 'death metal'. How are those that accuse you of stealing vids compelled to put such trashy labels on your choice of sounds ? Seems like they are criticizing their own music then, no ? duhh And its called death metal you say, with all the ugly adjectives ? Well, it all just sounds the same to me, any 'metal', like someone is wrecking a train from the 60s while on acid. No offense, but i'm not one to be politically correct or kissy-ass, just honest, just the facts, ma'am. Seems like in the years i've known you, you have displayed an interesting diversity of genres - from Simon and Garfunkle ballads to cool bluesy stuff. Actually i learn about metal from your posts, as we have no stations that play that here. We have lots of recording studios and musical artists here but they crank out pop, hip hop, etc - the kind of stuff one sees on the Grammy Awards or the Billboard Hot 100. Yep, doris/tony is holding court over there. Has a mesmerized small following that he has captivated by telling them he is venturing to Viet Nam for the first time to practice his newly learned VN language. The funny part is that when we knew that person he/she was actually living there (2-4 years ago) teaching English. Ah, but it makes for a fun story. How are your graphic art classes going ? Amanda! how you be? Sunny Sunday here, started with rain, so I might be bold and brave and head on out.
I just hit play, sounds good. Guy has a voice of an angel. Swedish, I just googled. Lot's of Scandinvian bands that are pretty good in that genre for some reason. Reminds me of a son from a friend of mine. He took an interest in that kind of music from Norway. So he got interested in Norway ,vikings ,name it. He lives there now. He is a baker. Freezing his ass off I'll bet . Way up in the north of Norway.
