Brilliant ! Save your money from indulging in the 'boflex' (or whichever) excercising apparatus. Don't wait for a prime parking spot while wasting gas in your car. Park at a distance and WALK to the storefront. Better yet, walk a few blocks...
Brilliant ! Save your money from indulging in the 'boflex' (or whichever) excercising apparatus. Don't wait for a prime parking spot while wasting gas in your car. Park at a distance and WALK to the storefront. Better yet, walk a few blocks to get there rather than driving. Practice physically rewarding creative outlets such as gardening or playing chase with your dog, or cat. Paint your own place rather than hiring someone. Its not just a physical fitness thing, but also a source of mental pride. :)
