Sorry about the unexpected demise of your parakeet;( Losing the ability to breath has to be a terrible way to succumb to life;( Two more things i read about The Wicker Man: Brett had two body doubles, one was an exotic dancer, the other an 18 year old from the island where the movie was shot Also,.Rod Stewart was dating Brett at the time and tried to get the movie nixed from being distributed!?! Hope you stay safe out there where the weather is going NUTZO!.

Hi Rob! our parakeet never could sing well, but it once took an unplanned bath in our toilet when it got it's talons caught in a pair of pantyhose:) I still will be watching the Wicker Man soon though i read Miss Ekland was only shot from the waste up because she was pregnant at the time and a body double was used in all other scenes;( You must be a master carpenter as you hit the nail on the head about cell phone! Everywhere i go all i see is peeps looking down paying no attention to whats going on around making me FROWN!! I almost got run over by a grocery cart inside the store a few days ago;( I hope you take care and beware of all the crazies everywhere!

I don't own a cell phone(wife does) and don't really know how to work one as i do all my communications on a laptop that's still using almost obsolete Windows 7') I'm still looking to find The Wicker Man on line as all our local cinemas are showing more recent blockbuster type movies these days cause they like making money;) From the clips i've seen it seems Howie was lured there and was set aflame at the end so the pagan's crops would flourish in future plantings. I also have never seebn seen Very Bad Things, but will very soon.........maybe;) Hope you're safe from all that terrible weather hitting your area! Stay cool man!

This site is mostly real slow so no reason to apologize for slow replies;) I like most animals mostly the ones that like me too:) When i was a kid we(my family) had a parakeet and i had a mini-sized turtle though i don't no if either one really liked me though they both saw me feeding them and tried to smile;)
