On another baseball related note, I watched an incredible movie last night called "The Perfect Game". Have you heard of it? Basically, it follows the true story of the Little League Baseball team from Monterrey Mexico, who won the Little League World Series in 1957. What makes that such a big feat is the fact that they were much smaller physically than all of the other teams from the states, had no real playing fields to train on, were literally made up of a bunch of kids with no experience at all, were coached by a towel boy who was let go from the St. Louis Cards, and ended up not only winning it all, but on the final game their starter pitched a perfect game! They are still the only team ever to do that, and are forever remembered as the first team not from here to win the LLWS. A true instant classic my friend, so if you ever have a chance to see it, I know you will love it. Lots of messages about how faith brought them through some very difficult times. One more note, it was great to see good old Cheech Marin from the Cheech & Chong movies, playing a serious role. He did an amazing job.
