Huge tennis fan here so I've been following the U.S. Open the past couple weeks and screen-capped this little gem lol.. The heat & humidity during this fortnight has been unbelievably harsh with more than a dozen players bowing out and defaulting their matches. The heat & humidity during this fortnight has been unbelievably harsh with more than a dozen players bowing out and defaulting their matches. Here's normally calm and reserved Sloan Stevens losing her cool lol. On this day it was 98 degrees in New York with 80% humidity. To put things in perspective, if it's 98 degrees outside that means it's about 115 degrees or more radiating off of that plexi-pave hard court. Throw in the humidity that high and it's very close to heat stroke time. The announcers didn't catch what Stevens says here, but I did Lololol. She says... "I'm fucking tight as fuck and it's hot as fuck, Jesus Christ!!!". Sloan, last year's U.S. Open women's singles champion lost this match.
