The 4th Ganbare Goemon Game in the Super Famicom Ganbare Goemon (Legend of the Mystical Ninja) series. Seppukumaru was one of the more unique villians from the entire ganbare goemon franchise as he was completely obsessed with American Sports.lol
Infact,come to think of it,the entire halarious witty plot of Ganbare Goemon 4 where Seppukumaru wanted to transform Fuedal Japan into an American Gladiator Sports Event show with his obsession of American Culture sports (Despite the Fact he's a japanese space Yokai Alien warlord which makes no sense.lol) is very similar to the plot of Power Rangers Ninja Steel where Galvanax and his Galaxy Warriors wanted to transform Modern Earth and all of Ninja Feudal japan into a Space Galaxy Sports Event.lol
And Speaking of Seppukumaru,his Design Predated and bares a striking resemblance to The Star Twinkle Pretty Cure Villian "Kappard" which came out 20 years later after this game.lol.

come to think of it,were'nt both Seppukumaru and Kappard both based on Japanese Kappa yokai's?.lol
I think Toei Animation were Fans of Seppukumaru from Konami's Ganbare Goemon franchise when they came up with the villian Kappard from Star Twinkle Precure.lol.
