i also dig the stage 3 theme that sounded more heroic and optimistic which sounded like what john williams wouldve write which has more of a indiana jones franchise ost vibe to it and soeaking of indiana jones i notice how snk playmore made a inside joke of the iconic rolling bolder scene from the first indy film raiders of the lost ark a.k.a indiana jones and the raiders of the lost ark which you have to avoid getting hit by that red bolder that has a skull face on it lol i also notice that the harp instrument soundfont sample that toshikazu tanaka used for the stage 4 theme sounded alot like the harp instrument soundfont sample that former konami and metroidvania/castlevania composer michiru yamani used for her castlevania ds trilogy osts like say the castlevania order of eclessia ost for example i also dig the stage 2 mecha suit boss who looked like a cross between a contra inspired boss and the zelda boss called gohma im terms how the mecha suit boss has one eye and crab like claws just like gohma lol

awesome blood pumping and very addicting looking metal slug 7 nintendo ds version fiolina playthrough part 1 that you uploaded which is cool to know the rom website vimm's lair finally uploaded nintendo ds games roms for the public on there website and i must say that i noticed how the backgrounds 2d graphics in metal slug 7 looked much more 2 in a half d prerenderd this time then the previous metal slug game entries but at the same time snk playmore kept the series traditional straight 2d sprite work intact kinda like how atlus graphics designers drew the graphics in princess clara daisakusen for the arcade which while the backgrounds are more 2 in a half d prerenderd the spritework of clara and the enimes and bosses is still traditional straight 2d lol i also notice that the stage 1 boss look alot like the original teenage mutant ninja turtles 1987 mutant moduale vehicles that shredder,krangg,bebop and rocksteady ususally ride on from the first seven seasons of tmnt 1987 lol i also dig the stage 2 theme that snk playmore composer named toshikazu tanaka wrote which the way he used that female vocal saprano sample reminds me of the resident evil 2 ps1/n64 version ost final boss battle theme called the third malformation of g which the capcom composers also used a female vocal saprano sample which i.ll share with you the link to the resident evil 2 ps1 version final boss battle theme the third malformation of g so you can compare to understand where im getting at
