On this New Year Day 2019 many of us are in retrospect and sending loving thoughts to those whom we loved and who left us too early. The song written especially for Marvin Gaye and Jackie Wilson who both died a year prior to this song, in 1984: Gaye was shot by his father and Wilson checked out after a 10 year coma after a fatal heart attack while performing "Lonely Teardrops" by Berry Gordy live on stage.
