I've heard word that some people aren't receiving their notifications, PM's, and other such things. This calls for a Bug Hunt!
The developers have been set loose with the objective of finding and squashing this bug. We're probing the system to try and isolate what might be causing it, as we've been unable to replicate it here- yet. Once we can do that, we'll be able to develop a patch to wipe it out for good!
