I saw this Cooper's hawk on Route 571 in Roosevelt, NJ with the coordinates at 40.228920, -74.473948. I feel very pleased to see it too! I used an iPhone 6s to record it and VSDC Video Editor to slow it down towards the end. Enjoy!
