there was a good reason for that,because the bad news is that the roll chan ips patch doesn't work for this rom hack because when I tried it,it causes the game to glitch and freeze, in other words,this is the only megaman rom hack where the roll chan ips patch doesn't work for it which kind of sucks.
most of the time for simple level and music hacks,Roll chan works for the most part but some Mega Man rom hacks which completly revamp the gameplay,Roll chan won't work at all for it.
Heres some Sneak Preview game Play of the Latest New Mega Man 2 Rom hack which recently came out on Romhacking.net called RockMan CX,which this has to be one of the best Mega Man 2 Rom Hacks out there next to Mega Man Ultra,because not only does this game change the Levels and Music but completly revamps the entire Gameplay combining Elements from Both the Original Mega Man Series and the Mega Man X Series:P
