Hi! Here is my recipe for leaf-lettuce salad: By a gob of leaf lettuce tear it into bite size pieces and put it in a large salad bowl. Thinly slice six medium sized radishes and eight spring green onion bulbs and add to the lettuce. Then fry four strips oh high quality bacon until crispy and chop into small pieces and add on top of previous contents then reheat the bacon grease and pour over the salad as a dressing and then eat it all up, burp twice and smile.:))

It’s been a rough few weeks, but I’m back, knock on wood……for now. Yes, I agree, SP’s legacy is signed and sealed. That being said, I much prefer him with Journey. It’s just that he’s (personally) more a rhythm and blues guy, and that’s not really my preference. Funnily enough, Steve Smith (drummer) is 90% jazz rooted, yet he was rock while with Journey, so it’s kind of surprising they were even as popular as they were in the pop-rock genre. Happy New Year of the pig to you once again! So the pig brought some nutty weather over here. Hailstorms to ice storms. oh my lions and tigers and bears! Mother nature on her period again or off her meds. All I know is it was nuts! Tornadoes to my east! Help flip I am going insane!
