Wow, that sounds great Cheryl! I didn't know you were an artist. My niece is very talented when it comes to art. She too dabbles in various forms of painting, but her true talent is sketch. I come from a very artistic family, and each of us have our own different set of skills, mine being music. I have not been as active with photography as I once was, simply due to lack of time. When I am not working or doing daily chores, I work on writing music and playing different instruments. Getting a bit better on the harmonica, and have recently been dabbling with the piano. One of my friends plays the mandolin, and I tried that a few times but it's so much different than guitar. It's a big adjustment! Looking forward to warm/dry weather so we can start mountain biking and hiking again. Hope your Monday is a good one!

Cheryl! ha I send you E-mails a year ( or 2 years) ago as well. probably on here though. I was a bit worried. Thought you kicked the bucket...and hurt your little toe while doing so. Not to mention the damage to the bucket. yeah Love Lou Reed, that song is s spoken version, a beautiful lyric, to tell someone they are beautiful despite what they themselves think. He was known for his street poetry about drugs outcasts pimps hookers and dragqueens lol name it. But he had a way with words. I have by now all his albums. You , musically, seem to go down memory lane. I have a feeling I know why. Don't want to impose, or force you, but we can talk on here. Hi Cheryl! Sunscreen?? No way Jose! My mother used to put that yucky oily stuff on me when i was a wee lad and had i had longer legs my race to the ocean's waves to wash it off would have been much faster;) I've been getting tanned every year since then and melanoma has remained a stranger:) I hope you're having a very pleasant Sunday and the new week is even more so!!

To Stuart on CS1: Someone told me you had mentioned to them awhile ago that you had sent me emails after I'd been away but never heard back from me. I never got them my friend. I don't use that email account very often anymore, so i don't know what happened but it doesn't seem to be functioning very well. I sent you an email from it the other day, but don't know if it went through. I also left a comment on one of your YT videos. Cheryl!  Imagine my surprise seeing you here after such a long hiatus.  I completely understand though.  Sometimes life can throw a few curve balls, and staying in the game can be a bit challenging.  There's a reason for the saying, 'what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger."  I have a feeling you're stronger than ever now.  So, how is the photography going?  I thought of you last weekend when the missus and I were driving the back roads, looking at the beautiful scenery.  It's a reminder that we need to take a break and breathe life in.  I would have loved to have stopped and taken a few photographs, but time wasn't permitting.  Please feel free to share any photographs that you may have taken through the years.  I always love seeing the world through others' eyes.
