I would imagine one would have been shot or captured by now. Something the size of say a cat or rabbit could easily-ish remain undiscovered, but not a creature 7 feet plus tall. Hey Tim! I had a family of raccoons squatting in my penthouse(attic) a few years ago, but i kicked them to the curb for not paying rent! My menagerie of critters consists mostly of: rabbits, squirrels, possums, all kinds of birds, and an occasional box turtle. Have you ever seen any bears near your cabin when in Idaho?

At the moment here in the Bay, we are sitting at a balmy 3 F, until you add the wind chill factor ,then its not so balmy at -11F🙄. I think back in the day they did air that show here.
