That's awesome how you seem to be able to travel ad lib, especially to hop over to Europe for a concert. Sounds like you are working for an airline. Interesting artists that you named. I confess, i do not really know any of them. Maybe they are progressive rock bands ? I like lots of rock songs, but just the particular songs. The rock genre as a whole is not my favorite, although generally all music has some validity.
My favorite types are current pop music, hip hop, dance, and 80s house, trance, techno, etc. We have so many local artists here and recording studios. I guess any city has that.

But i enjoy hearing new songs on these sites and some have really become favs that i otherwise would have never discovered, so i am interested in hearing the ones that you post.
WTF with ur BG, girl ? Did you *enable* it ? Very important ! Did you try the other steps that i outlined for you a while ago ? If so, the BG should be there ! I am curious to see it, as U usually had bery interesting BGs. Is it the Mad Hatter, or such ? :)

Hey girl, Top Of The Morning to ya ! Ur so right about not playing in your own backyard. I live close to the ocean beach in Florida. I find DisneyWorld to be a boring tourist trap. And though i would not want to live far from the ocean (its nice having it around) i rarely go there. But the tourists do, about 12 million each year, haha.

I had a desire to see some cities in the US, so i went to L.A., San Francisco, New Orleans (2 Mardi Gras), Las Vegas, Dallas, and NY. L.A. was totally disappointing with filthy air to boot, so i drove down to Tijuana.... There was the fun ! I just love to travel. Mexico is always an adventure, Canada is OK if ya wanna freeze, and i lived in the Middle East for 6 months, and went there 2 other times.

Looks like you are fortunate to travel too ? It is certainly an education, especially foreign travel. Other countries have a lot more to offer than what we are taught about them by our culture here. Hey what concert are ya going to see, and which ones have you been to lately ? I have not been to any in a long time. Something i don't do as a single person. Too bad. Mostly a hermit now.

You're right about Vegas. Too crowded, too bigger than life actually. Just went there a couple of times to check it out, but no desire to go back.
For your background - Its one of those glitches that i mentioned. Here's how you can sometimes over ride it:
After you have uploaded your BG, RE-load your avatar. (You can use the same one.) Then enable the banner (even though you do not have one.) Then disable the BG, and then enable it. Voila.
This works on three of my four channels. I know it sounds weird, but by reloading the avatar, and banner (or simply enabling one that you do not have) this actually RESETS the channel's settings and BG. Also, make sure you have *enabled* your BG.
I think part of the problem is that there is no way to delete an old BG before uploading a new one. On cottonceena multiple BGs sometimes show up transposed on top of each other. Good luck. :)

And yes, if you want ppl leaving pictures in ur comments, enable the BB code. Although not being a spammer, you will probably wanna keep it the way it is. haha You most likely figured that out already.
